United States: 3-5 days by Fedex (Due to recent changes in U.S. customs duties, the shipping time may be extended by approximately 3-5 days.)

Canada: 3-5 days by UPS

United Kingdom: 4-6 days by UPS or Fedex

Australia: 5-7 days by UPS

All other countries: 4-7 days

During holiday periods, shipping may take longer than usual due to increased demand and potential carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding and recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.

Our warehouse located in Shanghai, China, from where all our products are shipped.

Duties and Import Taxes

If a package is returned because the buyer refused delivery, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

All returns must be sent to our studio in Shanghai, China.
